Strong and full of body, serve chilled to appreciate this very dark, very hoppy stout.

Simple Instructions:

  1. Sanitize all equipment.
  2. Dissolve the contents of this can into 1 galloon (4L) of boiling water, and empty into your primary fermentor. Dissolve 6 cups (1Kg) of dextrose (corn sugar), or for more flavour, 1 Kg of Muntons Beer Kit Enhancer into the mixture.
  3. Top up to the 5 gallon (23L) mark with cool water. Add the yeast (under cap) and ferment in a warm area for 4-5 days.
  4. After fermentation is complete, siphon into bottles or pressure kegs and prime with sugar. Wait 1 week for beer to carbonate and age a further week before drinking.
